Delete your account

How to delete your Giftero account and data: in the app, or by email to info@giftero.ee.

In the app

Open the Giftero app → wallet → account menu (your initial at the top right) → Delete account → confirm. Your account, all your cards and their photos are deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email info@giftero.ee from the email address you use in Giftero, with the subject "Delete my Giftero account". We delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account (email, name), your gift cards and their photos, and your device tokens for notifications.

What may be kept

Records of gift cards issued to you by partner shops are kept as long as the shop needs them for its accounting of gift card balances. They are no longer linked to a Giftero account. Website demo requests are kept for up to 2 years. See the privacy policy.
